Delivery:
You may expect to receive your order within 4 working days, and in most cases even sooner.
All orders will be sent by DPD. The freight costs will be stated at the purchase and on the order
confirmation.
Delays etc.
In case of delay in delivery please contact us, and we will do our utmost to correct the error.
If the article you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, cannot be delivered, cannot be
delivered at the price stated, etc. we will not confirm the purchase. We will contact you and
inform you why the order is not confirmed.
Right of regret
If goods are returned “carriage forward” or “cash on delivery (COD)” receipt will be rejected.
By returning the goods please use DPD – no alternative package distributors - as this makes it
possible to make a parcel tracking, if the package should be lost during return transportation.
The goods must be returned, properly packed – along with a copy of the invoice clearly stating
that you want to make use of your right to regret and that you therefore wish to have the price
of the article repaid. We recommend that the parcel is returned as caution package by DPD.
You can also regret your purchase by rejecting receipt of the parcel.
These return rules apply to all goods sold by distance (to individuals) – it does not apply to
products collected in our store nor products sold business to business.
Complaints:
Any complaints of defects on delivered products should, after the Buyer has or should have
discovered the defect, be filed to Dino A/S within a reasonable period. Otherwise the Buyer
will loose his right of complaint. You will have to specify and on demand show where the defect
